Qualifications

Full-Time Physical Therapist - Home Health

$20,000.00 SIGN-ON BONUS!!!

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to provide exceptional care to adult and geriatric patients in their homes in Boston.

Prior home care experience is not required. As a home health physical therapist, you will be an integral member of a multidisciplinary healthcare team providing skilled nursing and rehabilitative care, helping clients maintain their independence.

Part-Time and Per Diem opportunities are also available!

Responsibilities include:

1. Making visits to clients in their homes
2. Performing diagnostic tests and measurements, such as mobility, joint range of motion, transfer status, stability, ambulation patterns, muscle strength and endurance, balance testing, and safety assessments
3. Developing and implementing individualized care plans, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other interventions
4. Assessing and revising the care plan, collaborating with nursing staff as needed
5. Educating clients and family members on rehabilitative care and activities to promote health, safety, and independence
6. Documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations accurately using a tablet

Qualifications include:

• Current license as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
