Adara Home Health, Inc. seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to deliver in-home therapy under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. You will travel to clients’ homes to provide 1:1 care, document progress, and support family members in implementing home programs.

The role requires a MN OTA license, two years in a COTA program, strong communication, and reliable transportation. This is a full-time position serving Pine City, Mora and nearby areas.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of a two-year COTA program approved by AOTA.
• Current Minnesota Occupational Therapy Assistant license.
• Ability to travel to client homes for 1:1 care.

Aufgaben

• Provides treatments to restore and enhance client function under OT supervision.
• Maintains home therapy programs and demonstrates exercises to caregivers.
• Reinforces home therapy teaching with client and family.
• Maintains clinical documentation per policy.
• Communicates client progress and plan of care changes with OT.
