Pride Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support a client healthcare facility in Waldorf, Maryland. The role is a local contract for 13 weeks, delivering home health OT services at 40 hours per week.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, Maryland OT license, BLS-AHA, and at least 1 year of experience in home health. Pay ranges from $52 to $58 per hour with mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Conduct home health OT evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Provide interventions to improve mobility, ADLs, safety, and independence at home.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and fall prevention.
• Document progress and coordinate with physicians, nurses, PTs and the care team.
