Job summary

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team in Cedar Hill, TX. You will partner closely with patients on their recovery journey, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life in their own homes.

In this role you will focus on restoring mobility, enhancing functional abilities, and supporting long-term wellness. You will provide skilled, evidence-based interventions and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy license in Texas
• Current professional liability insurance for practice in Texas
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Previous experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage a variety of patients' personalities
• Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices and therapeutic techniques
• Professional, compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patient conditions and creating individualized treatment plans
• Implementing therapeutic strategies to improve daily living and motor skills
• Educating patients and families on techniques to support recovery and independence
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
• Monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as needed
