Job summary

PARS Therapy seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team in Pearland, TX. You will help patients regain independence and improve quality of life in their own homes.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, creating individualized treatment plans, delivering hands-on interventions, and educating families while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for homebound clients eligible for Medicare.

Qualifications

• Must hold Texas OT license and professional liability insurance.
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions and create individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic strategies to improve daily living and motor skills.
• Educate patients and families on techniques to support recovery and independence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
