Job summary

PARS Therapy in Red Rock, TX is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team. You will partner with patients on their recovery journey, helping them regain independence and improve quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

You will evaluate conditions, design individualized plans, and implement therapies to restore mobility and daily living skills while educating families and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active OT license in Texas (required).
• Current professional liability insurance for practice in Texas (required).
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Previous home health or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patient conditions and creating individualized treatment plans.
• Implementing therapeutic strategies to improve daily living and motor skills.
• Educating patients and families on techniques to support recovery and independence.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as needed.
