Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted OT licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and screen patient daily living/work-related skills.
• Confer with the physician and participate in the Plan of Care.
• Provide therapeutic treatment and instruction according to physician orders.
• Design community reintegration activities for clients.
• Train family members to implement the retraining program.

Skills

Current and unrestricted OT licensure

Minimum six months of occupational therapy experience
