Job summary

PARS Therapy in Weatherford, TX is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team. You will partner with patients to restore independence and improve quality of life in the comfort of their homes, focusing on mobility, functional abilities, and long-term wellness.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team, deliver hands-on interventions, educate patients and families, monitor progress, and tailor plans to Medicare home health needs.

Qualifications

• Active Texas OT license is required.
• Current professional liability insurance for practice in Texas is required.
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Previous experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patient conditions and creating individualized treatment plans
• Implementing therapeutic strategies to improve daily living and motor skills
• Educating patients and families on techniques to support recovery and independence
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
