Job summary

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team in Kingwood, TX. You will partner closely with patients on their recovery journey, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life within the comfort of their own homes.

Qualifications

• Active Texas License as an Occupational Therapist.
• Current professional liability insurance for practice in Texas.
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional, compassionate demeanor with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions and create individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic strategies to improve daily living and motor skills.
• Educate patients and families on recovery and independence techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
