Job summary

PARS Therapy in Celina, TX is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team. You will partner with patients to restore independence, improve mobility, and promote wellness in their own homes.

Responsibilities include evaluating conditions, creating treatment plans, implementing strategies, educating families, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and monitoring progress to adjust interventions as needed. Active Texas OT license required.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy license in Texas.
• Current professional liability insurance in Texas.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions and create individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic strategies to improve daily living and motor skills.
• Educate patients and families on recovery techniques and independence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
