Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Logan, Utah, is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to support patients at home. You will assess daily living activities, design therapy plans, and help individuals regain independence in their own homes.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy and licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state where currently practicing.
• A minimum of one-year experience is preferred, but can be less with approval based on prior experience setting.
• Medicare home health experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help patients who have debilitating conditions improve daily living activities in the home.
• Develop motor functions and compensate for loss of function through therapeutic interventions.
