Qualifications

• Licensed OT in Michigan.
• Reliable transportation and driving requirements.
• Home health care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy per physician's plan of care.
• Assist evaluation and assessment of patient functioning and set goals.
• Design orthotics as indicated and apply therapeutic activities to restore function.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to care team.
