Job summary

Ascension at Home together with Compassus is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist to work one-on-one with patients in their homes, helping them live safely and independently. You will assess daily living activities, adapt environments, and train patients and families to use equipment to improve participation and quality of life.

Qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy, current OT license, valid driver’s license, CPR, TB screen, Hepatitis consent/declination,

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy (OT) is required.
• Current State OT license is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• CPR certification, TB screen, and Hepatitis consent/declination are required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience as an OT in acute care or rehabilitation settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home OT services one-on-one with patients.
• Help patients perform daily tasks safely and independently.
• Adapt environments and teach use of equipment to improve participation and quality of life.
