Job summary

Compassus is hiring a Home Health Occupational Therapist to work one-on-one with patients in their homes, empowering them to perform daily activities safely and productively. You will help adapt environments and tasks, enabling better participation and quality of life.

The role requires a BS in OT, an active state license, a valid driver's license, CPR, TB screening, Hepatitis consent/declination, and at least two years of OT experience in acute or rehab settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy.
• Current State License as an Occupational Therapist.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• CPR certificate, TB screen and Hepatitis consent/declination.
• Two years’ experience as an Occupational Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with patients in their home to provide occupational therapy.
• Empower patients to live safely and productively at home and complete daily tasks.
• Help patients and families adapt environments, modify tasks, and use equipment to improve daily activities and quality of life.
