A List Therapy Group is seeking Home Health Occupational Therapists to provide in-home OT services as independent contractors across Southern California. Earn $95–$115 per completed visit with potential annual compensation of $150,000–$180,000 based on referrals, visits, and area.

A $250 sign-on and a $250 referral bonus are offered for contracting with our referral network. Join a therapist-owned network focused on flexibility, autonomy, and prompt administrative support in a home health

Qualifications

• Current California OT license.
• Professional liability insurance.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license.
• Independent contractor status.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients in home settings and provide skilled occupational therapy.
• Develop, update, and implement care plans aligned with physician orders and payer requirements.
• Assess home environments and recommend equipment, safety strategies, or caregiver education.
• Communicate with referring agency, physician, patient, family, and care team as appropriate.
• Document patient progress accurately in line with payer and regulatory requirements.
