A List Therapy Group is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist to join its contractor network across Southern California. In this role you’ll provide skilled OT services in patients’ homes, evaluate safety and independence, and implement care plans aligned with physician orders and payer requirements.

We offer a flexible independent contractor opportunity with generous earnings potential, a $250 sign-on bonus, and a $250 referral bonus.

Qualifications

• Active California OT license
• Reliable transportation required
• Professional liability insurance
• Independent contractor role with flexible schedule
• Ability to manage and document care plans accurately

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in patients' homes.
• Evaluate safety, independence, and functional mobility.
• Develop, update, and implement care plans.
• Assess home environments and recommend equipment or safety strategies.
• Communicate with referral sources, physicians, patients, and families.
• Document patient progress accurately and timely.
