Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is hiring a Home Health Occupational Therapist in Fayetteville, WV. You will provide 1:1 OT care in the home, develop goals and treatment plans, and coordinate with families and the care team to support independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-approved OT program.
• Current OT licensure in state.
• CPR certification required (AHA).
• Two years of adult OT experience; home health preferred.
• Excellent observation and communication skills; problem solving; basic math.

Responsibilities

• Perform OT evaluation and treatment per physician orders, including adaptive equipment.
• Establish measurable goals and treatment plans to move patients toward independence.
• Maintain communication among treatment team, physician, patient, and family.
• Maintain timely documentation for proper billing.
• Supervise OT Assistants in direct patient care per state act.
