Job summary

North Idaho Home Health, part of the LHC Group and UnitedHealth Family, seeks an Occupational Therapist to assess and address functional status, ADLs, and home safety for patients in the northern Idaho service area, including Rathdrum.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy licensure in Idaho.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
• Ability to function in home health with diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Provides service within the scope of practice defined by Idaho state laws and plan of care.
• Evaluates functional status and CMS documentation; consults with physician on therapy plan of care.
• Observes, records, and reports patient response to treatment to nurse supervisor and physician.
• Conducts patient assessments evaluating function using appropriate tests.
