Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited OTA program.
• NBCOT exam eligibility or certification.
• Current state OTA license to practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• 1+ year OTA experience preferred; mentorship if less.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled interventions under OT supervision.
• Document visits per guidelines for medical records.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to OT and team.
• Provide caregiver resources for activities of daily living.
• Promote wellness and occupational engagement.
