Job summary

Lifespan Therapy seeks a Home Health Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to deliver patient‑centered care in home settings across California. You will implement plans of care created by the supervising OT, focusing on ADLs, home safety, and adapting equipment to improve independence.

Qualifications

• Valid California OTA license.
• CPR or BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide Skilled COTA care following supervising OT plans of care.
• Perform therapeutic interventions focusing on ADLs, adaptive equipment training, and home safety.
• Report patient progress and coordinate with supervising OT.
• Manage visit cadence based on plan of care.
• Document notes efficiently using a single EMR system.
