Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist to serve Rochester, MN and surrounding areas. You will provide occupational therapy to patients at home, work with a multidisciplinary team, and help patients regain independence in daily activities.

This role offers a strong compensation package: $90,000–$100,000 base salary, a $7,000 sign-on bonus for full‑time clinicians, mileage reimbursement, PTO and holiday pay, comprehensive medical/dental/vision, a 401(k) match, and

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OT program with Minnesota OT license.
• Minimum 1 year OT experience, ideally in home healthcare.
• CPR certification.
• Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy to patients unable to perform daily tasks at home.
• Assess patient, establish goals and document progress.
• Assist patient with exercises to improve fine motor skills and coordination.
• Suggest adaptive equipment and home safety strategies.
• Educate patient and family on plan of care, exercises, goals and self-care.
