Job summary

AccentCare Inc. is seeking a Home Health Orders Management Supervisor in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, with some travel to other locations as needed. You will lead a team of 12–15 staff focused on order management, CMS compliance, and timely physician signatures to support accurate billing and collections.

You will monitor key operational metrics, drive process improvements, and partner with leaders to address gaps and enhance efficiency. A Bachelor’s degree and healthcare experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree combined with 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in operations or process improvement required.
• Home Health or Healthcare experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 12–15 individual contributors.
• Recruit, select, promote, and discipline staff.
• Plan staffing levels and overtime.
• Deliver performance appraisals.
• Mentor and coach team members.
• Lead by example and uphold company values.
• Coach and monitor 10–15 contributors; manage quality, time and attendance.
• Manage SLAs for Unbilled Finals Claims.
• Provide on-the-job training and drive process improvements.
• Communicate updates and process changes to the team.
• Collaborate with leadership to address process gaps.
• Promote accountability and adherence to policies.
• Facilitate daily team huddles and improve engagement.
