AccentCare in Dallas-Fort Worth is seeking a Home Health Orders Management Supervisor to lead a team of 12-15 order specialists, ensuring CMS-compliant home health documentation and timely physician signatures to support accurate billing. You will coach staff, manage performance against SLAs, and partner with leaders to close gaps.

Travel to other territory locations is expected. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4-6 years of experience or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Operations or process improvement experience required; Home Health or Healthcare background desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 12-15 order management staff and ensure timely physician signatures.
• Ensure CMS compliance and proper home health documentation to support billing and collections.
• Manage performance against SLAs and drive process improvements with stakeholders.
• Provide coaching, performance appraisals, and daily huddles to boost engagement.
• Collaborate with leadership to address process gaps and implement corrective actions.
