Job summary

Moorings Park in Naples, FL is seeking a qualified Office Manager for our Home Health department. The role oversees payroll, billing, benefits coordination, and supervision of the home health office staff to ensure efficient day-to-day operations in compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Inputs payroll data for private duty and certified agencies and processes on an ongoing basis.
• Interacts with Finance department to ensure billing is processed according to policies.
• Oversees verification of insurance benefits and eligibility, and input of information into EMR; supervises Intake/Benefits Coordinator.
• Manages payer source verifications and runs weekly authorization/certification reports.
• Maintains office and medical supplies and ensures a safe, neat workspace within budget.
• Supervises clerical staff and provides training on policies and procedures.
