Job summary

Millennium Physician Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our Home Health team in Collier and Charlotte Counties. This PRN role provides skilled therapy under supervision to help patients improve function and independence in their homes.

As a Per Diem OTA, you will deliver treatment plans, educate families, and maintain documentation, while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and adhering to infection control standards to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Florida OTA license.
• Minimum of 6 months of OTA clinical experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and critical thinking skills.
• Strong work ethic, reliability and commitment to quality care.
• Reliable transportation to visit patients in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Implement treatment plans including therapeutic exercises and ADL training.
• Educate patients and families on techniques to improve functional skills and independence.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and plans.
• Collaborate with OT, PT and other healthcare professionals to optimize outcomes.
• Adhere to infection control guidelines to protect patients and staff.
