Job summary

Sequoia Care in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapy Assistant (PRN) to deliver OT services in patients' homes, support rehabilitation goals, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve quality outcomes.

A graduate of an accredited OTA program with an associate degree, a valid state license, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license are required; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program, culminating in an Associate’s Degree.
• A Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state where services are rendered.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid Driver's license.
• Any additional certification/ registry, as required.

What you offer:
