Job summary

Capitol Home Health in Central Texas is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to implement standards of care for occupational therapy services. Direct patient care must comply with the state Occupational Therapy Practice Act.

Applicants should hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in occupational therapy, be licensed in Texas, have two years of clinical experience, and possess strong communication and organizational skills. CPR certification and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an occupational therapy program with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Licensed Occupational Therapist with current and unencumbered license in the employing state.
• Registered or eligible for NBCOT/National Registration.
• Two years of clinical occupational therapy experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and organization required.
• CPR certification required; in-person skills evaluation may be part of testing.
• Access to reliable transportation.
