Job summary

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team in Webberville/Manor, TX. You will partner with patients to restore independence and improve quality of life in their homes.

The role focuses on restoring mobility, enhancing functional abilities, and delivering hands-on interventions tailored to each patient. Texas licensure and professional liability insurance are required.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Occupational Therapy license required.
• Current professional liability insurance for Texas practice required.
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team in Webberville/Manor, TX, TX. In this role, you will partner closely with patients on their recovery journey, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life within the comfort of their own homes.
As a key member of our care team, you will focus on restoring mobility, enhancing functional abilities, and supporting long-term wellness. Your work will involve promoting health, preventing disability, and delivering hands-on interventions tailored to each patient's unique needs. Provide skilled services to homebound clients who qualify for Medicare coverage.

Essential Job Functions

• Evaluating patient conditions and creating individualized treatment plans
• Implementing therapeutic strategies to improve daily living and motor skills
• Educating patients and families on techniques to support recovery and independence

Requirements:
