Job summary

PARS Therapy in Eagle Pass, TX is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team. You will help patients regain independence and improve daily living within the comfort of their homes.

As part of the care team, you will focus on restoring mobility, promoting wellness, and delivering tailored interventions. A TX license and liability insurance are required; a degree in OT is needed, with home health experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy license in Texas (required).
• Current professional liability insurance for practice in Texas (required).
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Previous experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage a variety of patient personalities.
• Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices and therapeutic techniques.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patient conditions and creating individualized treatment plans.
• Implementing therapeutic strategies to improve daily living and motor skills.
• Educating patients and families on techniques to support recovery and independence.

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilledOccupational Therapistto join our home health care team in Eagle Pass, TX.In this role, you will partner closely with patients on their recovery journey, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life within the comfort of their own homes.

As a key member of our care team, you will focus on restoring mobility, enhancing functional abilities, and supporting long-term wellness. Your work will involve promoting health, preventing disability, and delivering hands-on interventions tailored to each patient's unique needs. Provide skilled services to homebound clients who qualify for Medicare coverage.
