PARS Therapy in Center, TX is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team. You will partner with patients to restore independence, improve mobility, and boost quality of life in their own homes.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, family education, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to deliver tailored, on‑site care for homebound clients who qualify for Medicare. A Texas OT license and professional liability coverage are required.

Qualifications

• Active Texas OT license required.

• Home health or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team in Center, TX. In this role, you will partner closely with patients on their recovery journey, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life within the comfort of their own homes.

As a key member of our care team, you will focus on restoring mobility, enhancing functional abilities, and supporting long‑term wellness. Your work will involve promoting health, preventing disability, and delivering hands‑on interventions tailored to each patient's unique needs. Provide skilled services to homebound clients who qualify for Medicare coverage.

Essential Job Functions

• Evaluating patient conditions and creating individualized treatment plans
• Implementing therapeutic strategies to improve daily living and motor skills
• Educating patients and families on techniques to support recovery and independence
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

• Active Occupational Therapy license in the state of Texas (required)
• Current professional liability insurance for practice in Texas (required)
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Previous experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage a variety of patient personalities
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of evidence‑based treatment practices and therapeutic techniques
• Professional, compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills
