Job summary

PARS Therapy seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health team in Euless, TX. You will help patients regain independence and improve quality of life in their homes, focusing on mobility, functional abilities, and wellness.

Join our care team to deliver tailored, hands-on interventions for homebound clients with Medicare coverage, while collaborating with interdisciplinary staff and supporting recovery goals.

Qualifications

• Active Texas OT license (required)
• Current professional liability insurance for Texas practice (required)
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Previous home health or rehabilitation experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices and techniques
• Professional, compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills

Job description

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team in Euless, TX. In this role, you will partner closely with patients on their recovery journey, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life within the comfort of their own homes.

As a key member of our care team, you will focus on restoring mobility, enhancing functional abilities, and supporting long-term wellness. Your work will involve promoting health, preventing disability, and delivering hands-on interventions tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Provide skilled services to homebound clients who qualify for Medicare coverage.

Essential Job Functions

• Evaluating patient conditions and creating individualized treatment plans
• Implementing therapeutic strategies to improve daily living and motor skills
• Educating patients and families on techniques to support recovery and independence
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
• Monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as needed

Requirements:

• Active Occupational Therapy license in the state of Texas (required)
