PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team in Joshua, TX. In this role, you will partner closely with patients on their recovery journey, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life within the comfort of their own homes.

As a key member of our care team, you will focus on restoring mobility, enhancing functional abilities, and supporting long‑term wellness.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy license in TX
• Current professional liability insurance in TX
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Previous home health or rehabilitation experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a variety of patient personalities
• Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices and techniques
• Professional, compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions and create individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic strategies to improve activities of daily living and motor skills
• Educate patients and families on recovery techniques to support independence
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for comprehensive care
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team in Joshua, TX. In this role, you will partner closely with patients on their recovery journey, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life within the comfort of their own homes. As a key member of our care team, you will focus on restoring mobility, enhancing functional abilities, and supporting long‑term wellness. Your work will involve promoting health, preventing disability, and delivering hands‑on interventions tailored to each patient's unique needs. Provide skilled services to homebound clients who qualify for Medicare coverage.

Essential Job Functions

• Evaluating patient conditions and creating individualized treatment plans
