Job summary

PARS Therapy in Castroville, TX is hiring an Occupational Therapist for home health care. You will assess patients, design individualized treatment plans, and work with an interdisciplinary team to restore mobility and independence in the patient's own home.

Requires Texas OT license, liability insurance, and a graduate degree in OT. Prior home health or rehab experience is preferred, with strong communication and compassionate patient care at the core of our approach.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy license in Texas.
• Current professional liability insurance in Texas.
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Previous experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team in Castroville, TX. In this role, you will partner closely with patients on their recovery journey, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life within the comfort of their own homes.

As a key member of our care team, you will focus on restoring mobility, enhancing functional abilities, and supporting long‑term wellness. Your work will involve promoting health, preventing disability, and delivering hands‑on interventions tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Provide skilled services to homebound clients who qualify for Medicare coverage.
