Job summary

Advantage Home Health Services is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Home Health team serving Lehigh County, PA and surrounding areas. This PRN role focuses on delivering quality in-home therapy, with emphasis on improving patient independence and safety.

You will supervise OT Assistants, ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines, and contribute to a patient-centered care approach. Competitive pay, flexible schedule, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed or eligible for licensure by the State Board of Occupational Therapy.
• OT licensure required or eligible by state board.

Responsibilities

• To provide occupational therapy services to patients as prescribed by the physician.
• To aid in the development of adoptive skills and performance capacities by individuals of all ages who have physical disabilities and related psychological or cognitive impairment.
• To maximize independence and to prevent further disability, as well as to maintain health.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and ensure quality and safe delivery of rehabilitation services.
• To ensure that occupational therapy services are provided in accordance with Federal, State and local standards, guidelines and regulations in order to demonstrate support for achieving the mission of the Agency
