Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed or regulated as an Occupational Therapist by the state where practicing.
• Graduated from an ACOTE-accredited OT education program.
• Eligible to take or has completed the NBCOT entry-level exam.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy services per physician's plan of treatment.
• Assist with client evaluation and plan of care development/revision.
• Provide therapeutic activities to restore function and self-care.
• Observe and report client progress and changes to the physician and care team.
• Educate clients and caregivers on OT phases, adaptive devices, and equipment.
• Maintain and submit accurate client care records.
