You will collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement care plans.

Competenze

• Active Washington Occupational Therapy license
• Current CPR certification
• Valid drivers license and access to reliable transportation
• Ability to work in diverse home settings

Mansioni

• Provides OT services within scope of practice and plan of care
• Evaluates functional status and CMS-required documentation
• Observes and reports patient progress to nurse supervisor and physician
• Conducts patient assessments evaluating functional level and prognosis
