• Current Occupational Therapy licensure in Washington state.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patient care needs related to functional status, ADLs, and home assessments.
• Coordinate with physicians to develop the therapy plan of care.
• Observe, record and report patient responses to treatment and changes in condition.
• Conduct patient assessments evaluating functional ability and progress.
