Job summary

The role involves collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient well-being through assessments of mobility, coordination, and strength, as well as developing and updating personalized plans of care. Responsibilities include documenting patient progress, modifying treatment as needed, discharge planning, and educating patients and caregivers on home exercises. The OT will supervise personnel such as OTAs and HHA, perform OASIS assessments where permitted, and ensure compliance with policies.

Qualifications And Skills

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
