Job summary

PARS Therapy in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team. In this role you will collaborate with patients to restore mobility, independence, and overall well‑being in the comfort of their homes.

You will evaluate conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, educate families, and work with an interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence‑based therapy.

Qualifications

• Active Texas OT license required.
• Current professional liability insurance for practice in Texas required.
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Previous home health or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you will partner closely with patients on their recovery journey, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life within the comfort of their own homes.

As a key member of our care team, you will focus on restoring mobility, enhancing functional abilities, and supporting long‑term wellness. Your work will involve promoting health, preventing disability, and delivering hands‑on interventions tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Provide skilled services to homebound clients who qualify for Medicare coverage.

Requirements:
