Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s Degree, current licensure as an OT in Ohio, and have experience in a related field. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
Must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
Current Ohio State Licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT).
Current BLS certification from AHA or American Red Cross.
Valid Ohio Driver’s license upon hire.
Proof of automobile insurance required.
Responsibilities
Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patient’s condition.
Establish and evaluate a plan of care involving the patient/family.
Perform therapy interventions as per patient's condition.
Supervise occupational therapy assistants and students.
Participate in interdisciplinary assessments of patients.
