A home care rehabilitation provider seeks a Home Care Occupational Therapist to join their compassionate team. Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• State licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt therapy plans to diverse client needs.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Valid Driver’s License and/or reliable transportation.
• Valid Liability Insurance.
• Previous experience in home care or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home assessments to evaluate clients' daily living needs.
• Develop and implement customized occupational therapy plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve clients' daily activities.
• Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Educate clients and families on adaptive techniques and equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments and progress.
