@Home Therapy in Cherry Hill is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide one-on-one home health services, helping older adults improve function, confidence, and independence. Perform in-home evaluations, design individualized plans, and address daily living activities while educating patients and caregivers on safety and independence.

Competenze

• Current NJ State Occupational Therapist license.
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a community-based setting.
• Experience with adult or geriatric patients preferred but not required.
• Home health experience welcome but not necessary.

Mansioni

• Perform occupational therapy evaluations in patients' homes.
• Design individualized treatment plans based on each patient's functional goals.
• Address limitations affecting self-care, mobility, and everyday activities.
• Recommend adaptive equipment, home modifications, and safety strategies that support independent living.
• Educate patients, family members, and caregivers on techniques that promote long-term success.
• Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans as needed.
