Job summary

BayCare HomeCare in Tampa is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for home health services. The ideal candidate will have a Florida OT license, BLS, and at least one year of OT experience in home care, delivering hands-on therapy in patients' homes to support independence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Active Florida OT licensure required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Valid Florida Driver's License expected within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide home health occupational therapy services to a caseload of patients.
• Evaluate and develop individualized OT treatment programs.
• Provide clinical direction to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants as needed.
• Deliver hands-on care in patients' homes and promote independence.
