Job summary

Roadrunner Home Health LLC seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist to deliver in-home therapy, assess patients, and create individualized treatment plans. The role focuses on restoring daily living skills and independence in patients’ homes.

You will monitor progress, adjust plans, educate caregivers, and maintain thorough documentation while adhering to regulatory standards. A flexible, patient-centered environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in New Mexico.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• At least 2 years of experience in home health or related setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide in-home therapeutic interventions, including exercises and adaptive techniques.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet goals.
• Educate patients and caregivers on daily living skills and safety.
• Document progress and plans per company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of best practices in occupational therapy.
• Attend required meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
