We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Occupational Therapy Assistant with:

• An associate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited college or technical school required.
• Minimum one year of experience in an acute care and/or rehabilitative setting preferred; previous home health experience preferred.
• Must hold, in good standing, a license/registration as an Occupational Therapy Assistant, issued by the State in which you work.
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend approximately 20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
• A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
• The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
• Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software
