Job summary

Lorian Health in San Diego is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our home health team. This role focuses on delivering patient-centered therapy to support independence at home and improve quality of life.

The position operates on a pay-per-visit model with a schedule Mon-Fri and weekend rotation, offering mileage reimbursement, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative, mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• COTA license (state-issued) and CPR certification required.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Prefer 2+ years of COTA experience; home health experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Carry out treatment plans and therapeutic exercises.
• Document and report patient progress and condition changes.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Educate patients and families on exercises and care techniques.
• Collaborate with the clinical team for coordinated patient care.

This position is based on a pay per visit compensation model. Pay per visit ranges from $42 to $50 visitcommensurate with experience and depending on type of visit.
