Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered occupational therapy services in the home setting
• Implement and support individualized treatment plans
• Help patients improve strength, mobility, coordination, and daily living skills
• Educate patients and caregivers on safety, home modifications, and functional techniques
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the care team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Active California OT license
• Current CPR certification
• Valid California driver’s license
• Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
• Current physical exam and TB test
• Professional liability insurance
