Job summary

John Knox Village of Florida, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Home Health Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered care in the home setting.

You will assess patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to maximize independence and function. You will implement therapy to improve daily living activities, mobility, and coordination, while documenting care accurately and staying current with OT best practices.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT with active license.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Experience with autism/developmental disorders is a plus.

Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Occupational Therapist
• Home Health experience preferred
• Knowledge of occupational therapy principles, care planning, and rehabilitation techniques
• Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disorders
• Strong understanding of anatomy and functional mobility assessments
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills
• Ability to work independently while providing compassionate, patient-centered care
