Job summary

Home Health of Western Colorado is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide in-home therapy across Western Colorado. This role evaluates functional abilities, develops individualized treatment plans, and delivers hands-on interventions to help patients regain independence in daily activities.

The therapist will educate patients and families, recommend adaptive equipment, and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications
