Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in Michigan is required.
• Experience in home health or private duty nursing preferred.
• Knowledge of Trach/Vent is beneficial; training available for motivated candidates.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care including Trach/Vent management and medication administration.
• Monitor vital signs and symptoms using our EMR system.
• Assist patients with daily activities like hygiene and mobility.
• Work with families and the clinical team for better patient outcomes.
